Families in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore Metropolitan areas contact our service seeking household help to best match their job requirements for part-time, full-time, live-in, live-out, short and long-term employment. Also, we have families contact our company in need of nannies and other household workers in various locations throughout the U.S. for part-time, full-time, live-in live-out and long-term employment arrangements. We are updating our applicant files and at this time we are accepting new applications for the following positions:
Nannies
Nanny/Housekeepers
Housekeepers Tutors Personal/Private Chefs House Managers - House Management Elder, Adult or Companion Care Workers
We anticipate new positions becoming available over the next two - four weeks. However, we make no guarantee as to when these positions may surface.
There is NO FEE charged to the job applicant for our company to help him or her secure employment. All service fees are employer-paid.
Job Applicants Must Meet the Following Requirements Before Registering With Our Service.
All applicants must be a U.S. Citizens or possess Work
Authorization Permits or Green Cards that allow them to have legal work status in the U.S., be at least 18 years of age and have been employed as a nanny or other household help worker for a period of at least two years. Tutors need at least 6 months of prior tutoring experience.
All applicants must have fluent English skills, excellent comprehension of the English language, be able to read/write English and should be able to present a professional demeanor when being considered for interviewing/hiring purposes by our clientele.
Jobs that require applicants to drive children or adults must have a valid driver's license with good driving record histories. Some families may provide the applicant with a vehicle but most prefer applicants have their own transportation for job-related duties.
Nanny applicants must be high school graduates, with or without college will be considered. Nanny applicants should truly enjoy working with children.
Nanny/Housekeeper, Nanny and Governess applicants must have C.P.R. & First Aid certification or be willing to obtain these certifications if requested by their employers and have verifiable work references.
Nanny/Housekeeper applicants must be able to perform as a nanny and have worked as a full charge housekeeper. This does not include light housecleaning duties. Only serious detailed housekeeper applicants with nanny experience should apply for this position
and present to our company verifiable work references.
Housekeeper applicants will need a high school diploma or G.E.D. and experience in cleaning private homes in a part or full-time employment arrangement.
Applicants who do not have a high school diploma may still qualify for registering with our service especially if individuals have extensive housekeeping experience. Housekeeper applicants should be detailed oriented in residential house cleaning responsibilities with verifable work references.
Governess Applicants should have a college degree along with professional nanny experience in supervising/tutoring school-aged children - Verifiable work references are needed.
Personal or Private Chef Applicants must be certified and have experience working in food preparation in private homes or will consider experience in the hospitality industry.
House Manager or House Management Applicants must be able to run a household with or without supervision.
Tutors must be college students or college graduates with a minimum of 6 months of tutoring or teaching experience is required.
All applicants must have work references and if possible provide our company with Letters of Recommendations from past or current employers. If applicants do not have these letters now we suggest they ask their past or current employers for these letters since it really helps to make these letters available to prospective employers.
All applicants should
be ready to pass a criminal background check and a driving record report if driving is a requirement.
